The Teller County Republican County Assembly was held Saturday, April 10th, 1-4PM, at Summit Elementary School in Divide, with more than 200 people attending and with participation of 125 voting delegates.

- Only 12-15% of registered Republicans (1,000-1,200 people) actually vote in the primary

The following Candidates for Teller County Office were designated to the Primary Ballot by the Assembly delegates;
Coroner: Al Born — unanimous Treasurer: Robert Campbell — unanimous Commissioner: Dave Paul — unanimous Assessor: Tom King, 63 votes, 50%; Betty Clark-Wine, 39 votes, 31%; DJ Young, 23 votes, 18%; DJ did not receive enough votes to be designated to the ballot, but did receive enough to allow her to petition to the ballot Clerk and Recorder: Juliana Mestas, 76 votes, 62% JJ Jamison, 47 votes, 38% (2 did not vote; % here is of votes cast) Sheriff: Mike Ensminger — unanimous Candidate Mark Manriquez decided not to use the Assembly process and will be petitioning to the ballot
