2014 CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTION LIMITS:
From an individual:
For the Governor, Secretary of State, Attorney General and State Treasurer:
$550 before the Primary
$550 between the Primary and the Election
When I asked a U. S. Senate campaign how much we could give, they gave me a quote of $5,250 as the campaign limit. If you’re considering giving a large donation to a U. S. Senate campaign, you should call that campaign office to verify the limits before donating.
For the State Senate (Kevin Grantham) and State House of Representative (Polly Lawrence):
$200 before the Primary
$200 between the Primary and the Election
Combined contributions to state, county, district, and local level candidates (of which not more than $2,825 may be given to the Colorado GOP):
For County Candidates:
For State Candidate Committees (like the envelopes Kevin Grantham passed out Tuesday, 5/13/14):
I believe he said $50 per person.
